We know that our shared history is a strategic asset. We Multiply [ we*] centers Black culture, not as entertainment, but as the operating system for innovation.
Heritage grounds each conversation; knowing that our culture supplies the soft power that moves markets. Our hypothesis is simple; liberation work and collective euphoria are mutually reinforcing forces.
An unconference is a participant-driven meeting format that diverges from traditional conferences. Here's how it works:
Participant-Centric
Unlike traditional conferences where a fixed schedule is set by organizers, unconferences allow participants to shape the agenda and discussions.
Collaborative Thinking
Emphasis is placed on active participation, fostering collaborative sessions where everyone can contribute ideas and solutions.
Dynamic Agenda
The schedule is created by attendees, often on the spot, ensuring the topics are relevant and engaging to those present.
Discuss & Debate
Sessions are typically informal, promoting open dialogue rather than one-way presentations.
Focused Problem Definition
The goal is to move beyond just talking and engage in action-oriented discussions that lead to tangible outcomes.

Situated on the 20th floor of the 1201 Third Building in Downtown Seattle, it is the ideal location for this unique event. Hosted by The Union, a black-owned community and co-working space in the heart of downtown Seattle, it is the perfect location to host this gathering of great minds.
