AN EXPERIENCE BUILT FOR THE REAL ONES out here doing THE real work!

We Multiply [We*] Think Tank doesn't look or feel like a traditional conference. Intentionally designed to support people who are already doing the work, leaders build from the ground up, often without the spotlight. By bringing together intentional leaders, we multiply [we*] their impact.

FORMAT

UNCONFERENCE 101

We know that our shared history is a strategic asset. We Multiply [ we*] centers Black culture, not as entertainment, but as the operating system for innovation.

Heritage grounds each conversation; knowing that our culture supplies the soft power that moves markets. Our hypothesis is simple; liberation work and collective euphoria are mutually reinforcing forces.

An unconference is a participant-driven meeting format that diverges from traditional conferences. Here's how it works:

Participant-Centric

Unlike traditional conferences where a fixed schedule is set by organizers, unconferences allow participants to shape the agenda and discussions.
